After nearly 20 years of enterprise software sales David changed direction and took a job with Hill International working on the Iraq
Reconstruction Program. While in Iraq David managed more than $300M in program projects while reporting information up
through the chain of command all the way to congress.
His work had him working with senators and high ranking military commanders through out the theatre. While in Iraq David
suffered a serious burn injury and headed back home facing more than 2 years of medical recovery and during that time decided to
found the Dawson Phoenix Foundation to benefit victims and their families or serious burn injuries.

During his more than 40 plus years as an award winning broadcaster and business executive Steve Schorr has become one of the
more respected business individuals in the State of Nevada and the Las Vegas community. Steve Schorr has been widely recognized
by local, state and national organizations for his tireless and lengthy involvement with business development, civic organizations,
youth groups and public service agencies. Steve Schorr is a well know individual within the Nevada business community being name
“One of the Most Influential People in Las Vegas” and was recently named as one of the Top 25 Community Leaders. Schorr has also
gained wide community recognition for his philanthropic efforts raising millions of dollars for various charitable organizations in
Southern Nevada. His latest endeavors include being the Publisher and Editor of a new National Digital Newspaper called “The NOW
Report”, President and CEO of Vegas Life TV and Producer/ Anchor/Host of “Under The Vegas Sun” a national and international
television program. The Television show is seen in over 200 cities in America and six foreign countries.
Steve Schorr has been most honored by the Clark County School District that named a public elementary school after him. Steve has
also received two Lifetime Achievement Awards: one from the U.S. Justice Department and the second from the National Center for
Missing and Exploited Children as a result of his efforts to protect children from abuse and abduction. He has also been named Man
of the Year by Nevada Child Seekers for his lifetime efforts on behalf of all youth as well as being awarded a Points of Light Award by
two Governors in Nevada.
The Emmy Award winning former news anchor has become a national speaker on leadership and has been a motivational speaker
for numerous national organizations.
Stan Johnson

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Stan is proud to have founded a firm that has grown and matured with the city he loves. Stan founded
Cohen Johnson with life long friend Steve Cohen in 1986 and has worked to grow his firm into one of the most experienced and
respected firms in the valley. Stan devotes his practice primarily to civil litigation, business and corporate matters, commercial real
estate transactions, and debtor and creditor rights, but has experience in nearly all areas of law. He has also served as legal counsel
for real estate developers and investors, lenders, startup companies, as well large established companies operating nationally and
internationally. He has negotiated for clients the purchase or sale of hundreds of millions of dollars in assets.
In addition to his experience in business and commercial matters, Stan has extensive trial experience in both jury and bench trials
in the United States District Court, the United States Bankruptcy Court, and in many different state courts. Mr. Johnson is admitted
to practice in all courts of the State of Nevada, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, The United States Supreme Court, and has
appeared Pro Hac Vice in many other courts. He is a member of the Nevada State Bar and a member of the Million Dollar Advocates
Forum, the most prestigious group of trial lawyers in the United States to which less than one percent of U.S. attorneys are
admitted. In addition to his legal experience, Stan has been general counsel, secretary, and a member of the board of directors for a
publicly traded company.
Julie M Borges
Chairman of the Board
Since 2008 Julie Borges has served as Executive Vice President of US Financial Services Group, a professional services and
consulting group widely recognized as an industry leader in assisting many of the largest companies in America in reducing
merchant credit and debit card processing expenses. She was previously the co-founder and EVP of Simplefy, Inc., a tier one
registered ISO with First Data Corporation. Ms. Borges developed the trademark, the business philosophy and developed the
marketing and sales strategy which generated over $1 billion in merchant processing in three years. Ms. Borges has served as
Executive Vice President of ProfitScape and eNet30 where she was co-inventor of electronic factoring, a patented business process
and software solution adopted by the Bank of New York and GMAC Commercial Credit for marketplace and trade show providers
such as Purchase Pro, AOL and Miller Freeman. Prior to that she worked in Retail Operations for Quiksilver, Inc.
Ms. Borges Graduated with Honors in Business Management, Marketing and Economics from the University of Nevada Las Vegas,
Lee Business School, and is in Who's Who of International Business Professionals ~ ABI 2000 Notable American Women ~ and
received the WEALTH AND FINANCE 2017 ~ Most Influential Woman in Merchant Credit Reduction Award.
